"Conduit"
In a near future politics has dissolved leaving no restraint on violence and rebel, leaving room for rioters to take over. Their hunger has turned them into a force capable of devastating entire towns and changing the face of society. In a small remote town, the number of residents their live vigilantly, staying in groups and keeping as a tight society. As news reaches them of the approaching force, people start to fall apart.
Amongst the paranoia and impending fear are two young boys who are best friends, They are caught in the middle of the town's members conflicts and worries, however the two understand the threat as much as anyone else yet have lighter hearts on the matter. As problems and events reach breaking point in the town, one of the boy's father tells them about a local legend. A person with unnatural powers once inhabited the town over 30 years ago when he was young. This person was a guardian of the town until he was deemed a danger, he was taken away by the government and entombed somewhere not far away.
The two boys after learning about this myth go on a journey to find this mystical being in the hope that it can stop whatever fate is approaching their town, however they learn that any information relating to being was discarded in a town nearby, they leave the comfort of their town, into unknown, overrun and dark territory to find salvation for their families.
